GridRange

interface GridRange

Four bounds and, optionally, the sheet: startRowIndex, endRowIndex, startColumnIndex, endColumnIndex, plus sheetId or sheetName. Indices count from zero, the start bounds are inclusive and the end bounds are not — so a single cell spans one index, not zero.

A bound left out means the range is open in that direction: no row bounds is a whole column, no column bounds a whole row, none at all the whole sheet. toA1Notation and parseA1Notation convert between this shape and the notation a person reads.

Examples

Shape

// A1:B2 on the first sheet. const range = { sheetId: 0, startRowIndex: 0, endRowIndex: 2, startColumnIndex: 0, endColumnIndex: 2 };
